1. Refund Request
- Refunds can be requested within 3 business days of receiving the product; refunds cannot be processed after this time.
- Requests must be made via official email/WhatsApp, attaching proof of transaction and product photos.
2. Refund Requirements
Refunds can be processed if:
- The fabric received does not match the order (fabric type/color/length).
- The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon receipt.
- The order was canceled due to unavailable stock.
3. Refund Process
- Estimated Processing Time
Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 business days (depending on the issuing bank).
E-Wallet: 1–3 business days
Virtual Account/Bank Transfer: Instant or within 24 hours.
- Funds will be refunded via the payment method used during the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable
- Please note that the following products are non-refundable: fabric products that have been cut to the costumer’s request, slight color differences due to screen lighting, and ordering errors made by the customer (e.g., selecting the wrong color, size, or quantity).
