Bank Mandiri in the Mandiri Looping for Life initiative collaborated with Othman, a Jakarta-based fashion brand, to present a collaborative work that combines sustainability values, UMKM/Local Brand empowerment, and an environmentally friendly lifestyle, which was launched at Livin’ Fest 2025 Jakarta, at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK 2, Tangerang. To get exclusive collaboration products, visitors do not need to be afraid of missing out, because we can visit the Mandiri Looping for Life x Othman booth located in 9 major cities throughout Indonesia such as Bandung, Surabaya, Makassar, Bali, and others, until December 14, 2025.

This collaboration takes the form of a sustainability initiative that transforms textile waste collected by Bank Mandiri employees into a new upcycle material. The processing process was done by Pable, then developed by Othman into four exclusive outer designs with their special characters. This collaboration combines the values of sustainability, UMKM empowerment, and environmentally friendly lifestyle. With the spirit of Looping for Life, Bank Mandiri strives to create a cycle of goodness that not only reduces textile waste, but also expands job opportunities and strengthens the people’s economy. Pable received the honor of being able to join in this initiative, while sharing the vision to make waste visible, valuable, and viable through inclusive design and cross-sector collaboration.

At the initial stage, this initiative has produced an estimated 1,000 exclusive outers from the processing of 3,000 used clothes with a significant environmental impact. The community’s enthusiasm was also extraordinary where 400 pieces of collaboration outers were sold out in just one day. This initiative was born from the spirit of sustainability, circularity, and collaboration. Something that will keep this Earth habitable for our future generations.
